Appointments and studios
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can also walk in without an appointment. If you want to be seen at a particular time, call your studio beforehand.
How do I book an appointment?

When are the studios open?
Both studios are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00.
Can I request an appointment via WhatsApp?
Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message to 0157 5005 9999, or call the studio directly.
Are prices the same in both studios?
Yes. The price list applies at Löbtau Passage and Am Postplatz alike.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available in both studios. We do not sell vouchers online.
How does the loyalty card work?
You collect one bonus point per visit. With 10 bonus points you get €5 off on your 11th visit. You get the card in the studio.
Are there any extra costs?
Extras such as designs, rhinestones or extra length are agreed with you before the treatment.
Nails
What is the difference between gel and Shellac?
UV gel or powder gel is used to build an extension, which lengthens or strengthens the nail. Shellac is a colour polish that cures under UV light and stays on the natural nail.
When does an extension need an infill?
The natural nail grows out and a gap appears at the base. An infill is usual after about three to four weeks.
Can I remove gel or Shellac myself?
Better not: pulling or filing it off at home easily damages the natural nail. Removal in the studio costs €20.
Pedicure
What is different about the pedicure with massage?
A foot massage is added to the care. The basic pedicure costs €33, the pedicure with massage €43.
Can I have gel on my toenails?
Yes. A full set of natural gel toenails costs €38, an infill €28.
Lashes and brows
Classic, hybrid or volume – what is the difference?
With classic 1:1, one extension is placed on each natural lash. With volume, several very fine lashes are made into a fan. Hybrid mixes both.
When should I come in for an infill?
The price depends on how long ago your last treatment was: up to 2, 3 or 4 weeks. After 5 weeks, the full-set price applies.
How do I look after lash extensions?
As a general rule: no water or steam for the first few hours, do not rub the lashes and do not use oily products around the eyes.
Permanent make-up
What is the difference between powder shading and microblading?
Powder shading creates a soft, powdery shade. Microblading and hair strokes draw fine lines that look like individual hairs.
How does a treatment work?
It starts with a consultation. The shape is drawn on before pigmentation and agreed with you.
