2. Visiting the website
When you visit the pages, the hosting provider (Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page visited and browser type in server logs. This serves the secure operation of the website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Netlify delivers the pages via servers in several countries; a transfer to the USA is possible. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 DSGVO).
3. Cookie notice and stored choice
This website does not set any cookies itself. Fonts, images and films are on our own server; no data is sent to font or video services. Your choice in the cookie notice (“Accept all” or “Necessary only”) is stored in your browser’s storage (localStorage) so that the notice does not appear on every page. This is technically necessary for the service you requested (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer or delete the entry in your browser.
4. Google Maps (only with your consent)
On the home page and the studio pages we show maps from Google Maps. They are only loaded once you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice or click “Allow Google Maps” on the map. Only then does your browser connect to Google; data such as your IP address, the page visited and information about your browser is transmitted to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Google may set cookies. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG). It is stored in your browser as described in section 3 and remains valid until you withdraw it via “Cookie settings”. Google’s privacy policy applies.
5. Links to Google, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
The links “Get directions”, “Open in Google Maps”, “Review us on Google”, “Write a review” and to our profiles lead to the respective providers. Data is only transmitted to the provider when you click such a link; their privacy policy then applies.
6. Calls, messages and WhatsApp
If you call or write to us, we process your details to arrange your appointment (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). The “WhatsApp” link opens WhatsApp with a prepared message to us. Data is only transmitted to WhatsApp when you click it. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, a Meta company; a transfer to the USA is possible. WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies. If you do not want this, please call us instead.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 bis 21 DSGVO). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Saxony with the Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte.
